WELCOME TO ROLLING RIDGE CLUB ASSOCIATION

 

Rolling Ridge Club Association is a mandatory homeowners association. Dues are paid yearly and invoices are sent out in January following calendar year. HOA dues are due by February 28, and will be considered as late payment after the due date. Assessment information, By-Laws, and other documents can be downloaded on By-Laws Page.

The Rolling Ridge Club Association

was incorporated as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation on January 25th of 1967. The association membership is comprised of 321 property owners located within the Rolling Ridge sub-division. 
The annual meeting of The Rolling Ridge Club Association is traditionally scheduled for the last Thursday in January.
