Rolling Ridge Club Association is a mandatory homeowners association. Dues are paid yearly and invoices are sent out in January following calendar year. The Rolling Ridge Club Association
was incorporated as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation on January 25th of 1967. The association membership is comprised of 321 property owners located within the Rolling Ridge sub-division. The annual meeting of The Rolling Ridge Club Association is traditionally scheduled for the last Thursday in January.
